About Us ProScouts Custom Business Solutions is a
business
management consulting firm. We fuse data with technology
to help organizations complete special
initiatives, improve operations performance and develop
polished communications.
The firm was established July 22, 1996 as ProScouts, Incorporated
in Pennsylvania and is led by its founder, Darryl K. Walker.
In 2002, the company reached a
significant turning point when it was re-capitalized, restructured
and repositioned to better respond to the increasing need for
integrated data management and technical solutions in
the small business market.
The change signaled our departure from the typical consulting formula of targeting Fortune 500 companies as clients, to
a more focused strategy of supporting the niche needs
of small business.
About a year later, “Custom Business Solutions” was
added permanently to the firm's name to further solidify
the direction and commitment of the entire organization.
Today, we serve small entities in PA,
NJ and DE that seek to use data and technology to
deliver key projects, maximize operations and increase
the reach and effectiveness of communications.
