About Us ProScouts Custom Business Solutions is a business
management consulting firm and outsourced services
provider that specializes in helping small and midsize
companies deliver projects, enhance operations and
develop internal and external business communications in
quick, smart and effective ways.
The firm, incorporated July 22, 1996 as
ProScouts, Inc., a privately held C corporation in
Pennsylvania, is currently led by CEO and General
Manager, Darryl K. Walker.
After a major shift in
business support paradigms, the company reached a major
milestone in early 2002 when it was re-capitalized and
restructured to better respond to the small business
market’s increasing need for more affordable
integrated management and technical solutions.
Around this time, the position of CEO and General
Manager was created and the firm's service line
expanded.
This marked the beginning of the firm’s
transformation from a traditional management consulting
firm, targeting Fortune 500 companies as clients, to the
lean, focused entity that we are today; providing
solutions to growing small and midsize businesses.
In 2003, “Custom Business Solutions” was
added permanently to the firm's name to more accurately
reflect the direction and philosophy of the management
team and the organization.
